Members attend our monthly talks, join our 40 special interest groups, take part in our outings to places of interest and attend our social events.
Our special interest groups cover a very wide range of subjects including art, crafts, literature, languages, history and some more social activities. We also organise a selection of visits each year to places of interest or to performances.
Each monthly talk has a guest speaker together with briefings and displays of our activities. They also provide an excellent opportunity to socialise with tea/coffee and biscuits served before the talk.
Midhurst u3a is run by the members for the members.
Our success depends on the active participation of our members in our special interest groups, and through members volunteering to help at its various activities - in small ways such as welcoming visitors and new members at our monthly talks, or in larger ways by helping run a special interest group, social event or outing.
