The Current Affairs group meets each month and discusses issues of a social, economic and political nature of international, national and local interest which are currently in the news. Discussions are on subjects suggested by members of the group. The aim is to have a discussion, humorous where appropriate, listening to the perceptions of others in the group, so that our understanding is enriched by their insights.
